Meeting Registration

All attendees must register for the conference. This includes attendees, spouses/guests, students, speakers, sponsors using their complimentary registrations, guests of sponsors and exhibitors.

Deadlines

To avoid late registration fees, please submit your registration form by January 7, 2009.

In order to receive the discounted hotel rate, hotel reservations must be made by December 31, 2008. The discounted hotel rate is based upon availability and is not guaranteed after this date.
